MODULE 2- Self-Regulation: The Key to Having More Energy
In this module the focus is on self-regulation as your superpower for sustaining energy. During our time we will analyze major sources of energy drain so you can get more clear on what depletes your energy on a daily basis.
You will learn how to shift from rushed or reactive energy into a state of calm alertness that can support your decision making capacity, emotional stability.
We will practice the Inner-Ease technique, emotional self-regulation tool that helps you navigate life with more clarity, inner ease so that the external circumstances has less negative effect on your overall wellbeing.
MODULE 3 - The Science and Practice of Getting in Sync
In this module we will dive into the science of coherence where your mind, heart and nervous system sync up in peak performance. We will touch on the role of Autonomic Nervous System and its effect on heart and brain way of communication. You will learn how stress disrupts your heart rhythms and heart- brain communication. Thus negatively impacting your daily emotional self-regulation, clear thinking ability, creative expression, basically your peak performance.
MODULE 4 - Moving From Depletion to Renewal™: Keeping Your Inner Battery Charged
This module is a great tool for individuals who want to learn how to stop running on empty and learn how to recharge their inner battery. Here you will learn how to switch from releasing cortisol, stress hormone caused by daily frustration or overwhelm to DHEA vitality hormone, boost to your energy and performance.

The intuitive nudges can guide you in decision making, spark your creative solutions. We will discuss three types of intuition; nonlocal, implicit knowledge, and energetic sensitivity intuition that will deepen your appreciation for your intuitive heart.

MODULE 6 - Establishing Coherent Baselines: Breaking through Self-Limiting Patterns

Are you a caregiver to your aging parent, disable spouse?

With this module we will help you deal with the stress and burnout that many caregivers experience. We will focus on heart-centered caregiver self-care first so you can sustain more emotional balance in a long haul.
